Competition Terms and Conditions
  1. Prizes will be awarded first 3 winners selected at random.
  2. The prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  3. The competition is not open to employees and their families of Anchor Yeast, the client, or their respective advertising agencies and PR companies.
  4. Anchor Yeast reserves the right to publish names of the winners.
  5. The competition is open to SA residents only.
  6. Where judgement is applicable the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
  7. Individuals signing up for the daily newsletter automatically sign themselves up for the monthly newsletter once the promotion has ended.
  8. As per the POPI Act, entrants’ personal contact information will not be used in any way other than to notify them should they be selected as winners.
  9. Anchor Yeast shall have the right to terminate any promotion immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against – Anchor Yeast, its agents and promoters.
  10. Anchor Yeast cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions and/or technical failures throughout this promotion.
  11. Unless specified, transport and costs thereof are excluded.
  12. Should a winner not accept their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
  13. Allow 2 weeks for delivery of prizes.
